The torqueView™

Why use the torqueView™ system ?

We offer only the best equipment for torque and turn monitoring, the torqueView™ m system.
Very easy to use and and almost maintanance free.

torqueView™ m

We designed the Hardware (electronics) from the ground up. We didn't buy off the shelf subsystems and integrate it. We wanted the most reliable and dependable system possible to control performance and reliability. It cannot done with third party products. We've designed two different systems in the past and it didn't work. We have the knowledge and the knowhow.

It would have been easier and cheaper to purchase the subsystems from a third party, integrate them in an enclosure, and install a basic computer to produce a torque turn system. We know this; we have done it in past. We elected to build our electronics, the measuring system, from the ground up. We took the longer, more difficult route. We did this to bring you, our valued customers, the best system in the world.

Having the best hardware will not do the job. We moved from DOS in 1999 to Microsoft® Windows 98 / NT. It was major undertaking ! We did this, but we did it correctly. We have been using the same base software since. Much of the Windows Software out there was written for DOS software, which was initiated in 1986. As of today, we have improved our software and added new features as the pipe market changes and evolves. The torqueView™ Windows Software is mature, very reliable, and simply put, it works as intended.

Since 1986, we have worked and consulted our clients to improve our software. We lead the market, we don't follow. We bring innovations to the pipe markets.

Your services and performance are as good as your personnel and equipment; a shortcoming in either one will lose you clients. You need dependable equipment and personnel. You run 24 hours x 365 days a year and can’t afford a failure or short coming. The torqueView™ is designed for this task and the tough environment that goes with it. We worked diligently to design the best hardware and software for this task.

You can put your mind at ease with the torqueView™ system.

The current torqueView™ is the fourth generation system. We still have customers using our second generation and newer hardware. We maintain and support all equipment we manufacture, old or new. We are able to offer clients with legacy hardware the latest torqueView™ software.

We have built many torque turn systems over the last 30 years. We want to sell the BEST in the market. To accomplish that, we keep up with the latest Hardware & Software technology. We are a leader, not a follower. We bring you the latest technology.

In regardless of what equipment you purchase, you will need a support group behind you. The group must be there when you need them. Our business model is based on giving the best support to our users. However, we go about this differently than most. We really don’t want to hear from our customers and clients. Quality, continuous customer support can be very costly. What we did is simple; build the BEST equipment and reduce the need for customer support. When equipment works properly as intended, the customer will not contact you, and they focus on their work.
